HAND BUILDING OVERVIEW: In this course students will be introduced to fundamental ceramic hand building techniques, become familiar with ceramic materials, discover basic tools and how to use them with a variety of techniques, and basic surface decoration skills. There will be no shortage of fun and creativity all set in an environment to truly learn the craft of ceramic art. Students especially love seeing their finished work which will be brought home throughout this course as they finish projects. NEW projects every semester!
CLASS SIZE: 5 minimum / 10 maximum. SEMESTER: Jan 22 - May 23 (15 weeks)
HOLIDAYS: 2/19 - 1 week off & 3/25 - 2 weeks off
GRADES:TK&UP COST: $350 per student
ATTENTION HOMESCHOOL PARENTS - Please process PO’s under Fired Up Arts.
