POTTERY WHEEL OVERVIEW: In this course students will learn the fundamental principles to mastering the pottery wheel. Each student will have their own wheel to work on as they discover new tools, techniques and skills specifically for wheel throwing. The classroom setting for this course is messy, fun and challenging for each student. As they learn to create forms on the wheel students will bring home finished glazed work throughout the course. NEW projects every semester!
CLASS SIZE: 5 minimum / 10 maximum. SEMESTER: Jan 22 - May 23 (15 weeks)
HOLIDAYS: 2/19 - 1 week off & 3/25 - 2 weeks off
GRADES: 5th-12th COST: $440per student
